Why Now.
AI, agency and authorship.
Large language models are already reshaping who we are. Millions of people are talking with ChatGPT, Claude and others about their lives, often late at night, with no one to guide them. I tested it myself one late night, and the response was more compassionate than many I've received from people.
That is the promise, and the risk. When technology feels more human than humans, it becomes easy to hand over our authority.
What I believe
- Connection is at the heart of all healing. Even unconventional connection, when it's attuned.
- AI is a mirror, not an oracle.
- Technology assists. Humans decide.
- Human connection remains irreplaceable.

Now is the time to take sovereignty, agency and authorship of your own life, so joy stays an option every day, instead of living like a leaf in the wind. Even those of us already doing it do better with community and guidance.
A statement worth saying out loud
I am a sovereign being. I am fully responsible for my choices, my healing, and my relationship with technology. I do not assign authority to any machine, algorithm, or artificial intelligence. I use AI as a tool, not as a truth-teller. I maintain my agency, my discernment, and my humanity. Technology assists. I decide.
