Rotary Club of Des Moines Normandy Park

In this inspiring talk at the Rotary Club of Des Moines Normandy Park, I share my journey from being a traditional psychiatrist to embracing a holistic approach to healing. I discuss how communication, connection, and creativity are central to mental wellness and how these elements can transform lives. Over the years, I've helped over 40,000 patients by moving away from medications and toward more natural methods of healing. I believe that the key to true mental health lies in finding and expressing your authentic voice.

Born into a chaotic family environment, I discovered early on that conversation and connection were essential for healing. Today, I emphasize the importance of embracing our true voice as the greatest antidote to the growing threat of disconnection in the world. Whether you're struggling with mental health issues or seeking personal growth, this talk will encourage you to step into your authentic self, fostering love, peace, and respect in your life.

I also discuss my book, "Find Your True Voice," which dives deeper into these themes and provides tools for personal transformation. Finally, I invite you to participate in the "We the People Summit," a global initiative to support Ukraine and help create positive change through community connection and communication.
