Today’s show is the first part in a two-part interview with Bill Schuffenhauer.

Bill Schuffenhaer grew up on the streets of Salt Lake City, surrounded by drugs and crime, bouncing from foster home to foster home. Against all odds, he managed to “change his stars”—he became a 3-Time Olympian and Olympic Silver Medalist.

Today, Bill is a mentor and professional speaker, trainer and global mentor who teaches key concepts to leaders around the world looking to create solutions and drive their organization to the next level.

In today’s jaw-dropping conversation, you’ll learn:

  • The mindset shift that Bill adopted to “change his stars”

  • How challenging circumstances can be opportunities in disguise

  • Why the people associate with can either harm or help you

  • The importance of opening the door when opportunity knocks

  • How Bill ended up competing in the Olympics for a sport he’d never even heard of

  • The power of committing to a dream and creating the future

Be sure to listen to next week’s show for the dramatic continuation of Bill’s story!
